About Civil Construction
In 2016 brothers Derek and Justin Parrent started Parrent Concrete LLC in Derby, KS. Starting in the residential market and quickly moving into commercial, they established a reputation as a trustworthy contractor that produces quality work.
In May of 2021, Justin and Derek teamed up with longtime friend Greg Elpers to form Civil Construction. Greg owned and operated a successful excavating company called S&E Services out of Garden Plain, KS. The goal in this partnership is to establish a company that can perform everything from the demolition to the sidewalk.
We are a preferred contractor for Customers such as Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Target, and CVS to name a few. We have come up with a very efficient way to work for these clients almost exclusively outside the state of Kansas, all over the Midwest and eastern United States. Civil Construction specializes in concrete foundations, floor slabs, concrete paving, asphalt paving, sidewalks, parking lot signage, and curb & gutter.
Whether the project is a thousand miles away or right here in the great state of Kansas, our customers will receive the same level of quality and consistency that has made our reputation what it is today. While the name Civil Construction is relatively new, it is backed with decades of experience in every scope of work we offer.
